This is an opportunity to join a leading educational consultancy and tutoring agency based in London but services clients all around the world. They support families in all aspects of education and recruit top-class tutors to support their families.

What you’ll do

Support a growing tutoring agency - providing outstanding customer service and assistance to their growing client base.

This is an excellent career opportunity in a fast-paced rapidly expanding educational consultancy/tutoring company.


This role will be mainly home based but visits to the office each week will also be expected.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

- To support with parent sales enquiries
- To help match tutors to students
- Supporting the team in all administration areas including tutor recruitment, mock exams, 11+ exam training days for tutors, distribution of exam packs to students, DBS plus tutor and client documentation
- To manage client and tutor relationships
- Credit control

Essential experience, skills and education required:

- Experience working in the education system
- Educated to degree level (desirable) however candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

- Based within a 30 minute commute time in rush hour to our Hampstead Garden Suburb, N2 office
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Relevant experience of working in an operational organisation
- Proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel, Databases, Word)
- An interest in developing a wide range of skills and experience to develop a long-term career in our expanding business support services team

Note the successful candidate will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check.

Desirable experience, skills and education required:

- Able to get on with a job, asking questions where necessary and unsure, and have an understanding of when to bring something to the attention of line management
- Experience of working in or dealing with confidential and/or sensitive administration - Experience of working in an accounts department or with XERO
- Confident enough to challenge where ideas of innovation and continuous improvement would benefit the business support team and company

- They strike a good balance of being committed to our work, having a bit fun and enjoying good humour
- This is a busy and varied position with no two days the same

Permanent, Hours: Full-time 9-6pm, Salary -£20,000 - £25,000 (Depending on Experience)

20 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays and Pension.
