This long established dealer group are looking to recruit an additional Customer Relations Consultant to join their Call Centre team based in Brentwood. You will be joining a friendly team, responsible for talking to the dealerships aftersales customers and booking their vehicles into their Service Departments. You will work individually and as part of a team ensuring that customer expectation and their high standards of customer service are met.
The applicants will be polite, self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure during busy periods. You will need to have a friendly personality with the desire to deliver the highest quality customer care. A good telephone manner is essential. You must be PC literate.
Working hours are dependant on which team you join. The outgoing customer contact team working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm and Saturdays on a rota (usually 1 in 3) 10am - 2pm. The incoming customer contact team hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
