Customer relations & installation manager
Southgate

Full time (45hours/week) (working hours 8-5.30 weekdays)
Salary 29-32K Depending on experience.
Paid leave 28days inc bank holiday

This company is recruiting a manager based at their Southgate Branch. The company installs high quality bespoke joinery (mostly residential front doors). The job involves organising the installations to be carried out, liaising with customers and also administrative work essential for the company to run and develop. You will be required to chat to customers to finalise their orders, helping with things such as stained glass design (training provided). Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are called for. The role is customer focused.

The job will involve a wide range of skills and the successful candidate will be given the opportunity for personal development. Training will be provided.

You will be enthusiastic, hardworking, honest, team spirited and friendly.

The successful candidate will be thorough, methodical and have an efficient and ordered approach to work. They will be expected to be self motivated and capable of thinking on their feet.

You will be expected to use Outlook, Word and Excel programmes

You need to have a clean drivers licence and be over 25 to drive the company vehicles if needed.
