This company is a UK leading supplier of telecommunications to the construction industry, providing rapid site broadband to some of the UK’s biggest construction companies. They are looking to add a full time Customer Relations Advisor to their growing team based in Guildford.
In the last twelve months, this company has expanded rapidly in terms of its employees, its fleet and technology infrastructure. As the company continues to grow, providing great customer service is paramount to ensure the customers’ existing and future needs are being met.
Duties and responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of each client account and managing the relationship to ensure customers’ needs are fully satisfied. You will also be responsible for identifying future client needs as well as following up on any new business leads.
- Proactively maintain excellent relationships with customers over the telephone, by email or face to face.
- Conduct monthly updates with the customer to understand their service experience
- Provide information on pricing, products and service options
- Provide sales support - raising and sending proposals and invoices appropriately
- Support the sales process and front-line teams to deliver a first class service to the client site
- Provide general administration support
As well as being able to demonstrate strong communication skills, you will also be a competent administrator. To succeed in this role you will be a self-starter, highly organised and a team player. Experience in the technology, telecoms or construction sector would be a distinct advantage.
Salary is competitive and is dependant upon experience and they offer a quarterly performance related bonus.
