Reporting To: Business Development Director, South East Asia Salary: £40,000 per annum (398,275 HK Dollars)
Location: Hong Kong
Hours: 40 hours per week
Holiday: 15 days per year

The role
This company is looking to appoint a Customer Engagement Associate who will be responsible for managing to the highest standard, the administration of courses in Hong Kong and overseas. In addition, the Customer Engagement Associate will also be responsible for managing the relationships with all tutors and consultants.

Duties and responsibilities
- First point of contact for all current customers
- Answering client queries and providing information on course content
- Manage travel and accommodation bookings to agreed budget level
- Processing invoices in conjunction with the company as appropriate
- Communicate and partnering with Head Office Finance and Operations team
- Managing accounts receivable from in-house training,
Public training, User Group membership fee
- Managing in-house training booking from inquiry, order processing, resource allocation, pre-requisite, final assessment to training material and certificate delivery
- Ensure the training material, equipment and training venue are ready prior to the commencement of training
- Creating company / venue records
- Engaging User Group members for regular events, acquisition and logistics
- Maintain tutor/consultant relationships

What are they looking for?
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Accuracy of data entry and good numeracy skills
- Database management and associated reports
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and methodical approach to completing tasks

You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer engagement /support skills, supplier management and have the ability to manage course and events administration to strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality of service. You will also possess strong communication and organisational skills and be a committed team player.

This post will be based permanently in Hong Kong but with the initial first two weeks based in Westminster, London for training purposes.
