Due to continued success, they are looking for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to work within their busy team at Markham Vale.
Reporting into the Customer Care Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a first class service to their customers and colleagues in a positive, enthusiastic and pro-active way.
- Provide first class customer service to every customer and colleague that interacts with department by either phone or email, and deal with their request in a timely manner
- Process orders accurately and to the agreed schedule for their customers
- Deal with any other administrative tasks within the department that is required including backorder reports, order acknowledgements, cancelling orders.
- Be able to deal with any request that comes through from their customers like stock availability, price checks, delivery dates and reply to them in a professional manner
Skills & Qualifications required are:
- Educated to GCSE Standard.
Experience required:
- Working within a similar environment
Characteristics required are:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines
- Confident in the use of Microsoft packages, especially Excel
- Able to respond quickly, flexibly and positively to requests
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Decision making and finding solutions
- Confidence to communicate and deal with all levels of people
