This company is an automotive parts specialist operating in the independent aftermarket. They are part of a group, which distributes its products to more than 140 countries around the world and are the company behind the Blue Print brand.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Co-ordinator to join their expanding global company working within their Customer Care Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a first class service to their customers and colleagues in a positive, enthusiastic and pro-active way.

The main duties include:

- To provide a first class customer service to every customer and colleague that interacts with the Customer Care department by either phone or email, and deal with their request in a timely manner.
- To process all orders accurately and to the agreed schedule for their customers in the UK & EIRE and their Intercompany Subsidiaries. Also including processing all internal orders for colleagues.- - To process all Request For Credits and Old Core and arrange the collections of these returns in accordance to the schedule as well as collections of warranty.
-To deal with any other administrative tasks within the Customer Care department that is required like backorder reports, order acknowledgements, cancelling orders.
- To be able to deal with any request that comes through from their customers like stock availability, price checks, delivery dates and reply to them in a professional manner.
- To actively support the UK Sales team and group company colleagues to ensure their brand is never compromised.

They will have a good working relationship with their Distribution Centres to ensure all customers orders go out on time and with no issues.

Skills & Qualifications required are:
- Educated to GCSE Standard.

Experience required:
- Working within a customer care or order processing environment.

Characteristics required are:
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Confident in the use of Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
- Able to respond quickly, flexibly and positively to requests.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Decision making and finding solutions.
- Confidence to communicate and deal with all levels of people.
