You will be working to provide customer service and account management support to both internal & external customers.

General Responsibilities:
- Responding to quotation requests via telephone and email
- Dealing with customers via telephone & email to book deliveries & keeping them up to date with progress
- Dealing with queries from customers, rectifying & keeping both the customer & management team fully up to date on progress
- Maintain & achieve agreed customer service levels, providing feedback to sales functions & your line manager where required
- Liaising with accounts & transport to set up new customer accounts
- Creating rate card and proposals for customers
- Creating customer KPI reports, feedback & suggesting changes where required.
- Maintaining and managing current customers to expand our service offering to them
- Representing the company in a professional, helpful and proactive manner to all potential, new and current customers
- Visiting customers, organising and setting up systems training and supporting where required.

The company is based in Bordesley Green, Birmingham. The working hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
