Their production facility is based on one site which occupies 65,000 square feet. All their frames are made in their Timber Mill area and their Cutting and Sewing facility is staffed by skilled Cutters and Machinists who process more than 400,000 metres of fabric per year. Their Upholstery process is staffed by skilled Upholsterers who ensure a quality finish to their product.
The Cushion Filler is responsible for the timely filling of cushions to ensure that they are adequately stuffed and comply with quality standards
Duties include correct identification of cushion cases from daily load sheets and to fill cases via an automatic foam filling machine or by hand. A certain amount of manual handling will be required to fill the cushions to a high standard.
Previous experience would be an advantage, however full training will be given. Experience of working on an assembly line would be a distinct advantage.
