Joining the established CRM technical team team, this post will assist in providing a high quality CRM service to the Organisation for which sits at the core of their Fundraising and Membership schemes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CRM Service management process to ensure all requests and problems are addressed in a timely fashion. Ensure any changes to the process are fully documented;
- Become fully conversant in the CRM system to be able to provide a high level of satisfaction to internal customers support, maintenance, and development;
- Key team member of the team that will deliver CRM improvement projects including being a champion of the system;
- Use current and gained skills to structure SQL queries to respond to Foundation’s data needs. Execute previously built queries to fulfil regular fulfilment and reporting needs;
- Become conversant in data compliance issues that relate to a fundraising organisation and, working in the broader Business Services Team, build the capability to ensure adherence and communicate issues to the wider Organisation.

Essential Experience & Skills
- Understanding of CRM systems and related data;
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Access & Excel Office applications;
- Knowledge of MS SQL;
- Exposure to supporting and administering a database system;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written;
- Organised, able to manage conflicting priorities;
- Experience of working as part of a team;
- High degree of personal initiative with an enthusiastic and positive approach;
- Ability to digest information and pass on in plain language;
- Able to work as a team player.
