This is an opportunity for a motivated and organised Credit Controller to join the Finance Team of this leading global software company; enabling mass customisation of products, on-demand production and dropship fulfilment at their Head Office in Macclesfield.
Hours are negotiable.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Credit control for a £4m turnover business
- Resolving disputes with non-paying customers
- Mostly UK, but a small proportion will be US/ EU (5%)
- Dealing with their legal representatives to proceed claims
- Raising credit notes for compromises reached
- Agreeing payment plans
- Credit checks
Qualifications & Skills:
- Confidence to place pressure tactfully on companies who owe money
- Organised & able to prioritise workload
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills
