Responsibilities:
- Put accounts on hold as required liaising with Customer Excellence and Sales Reps
- Raise consolidated invoices for customers when required
- Credit Vetting New accounts when required
- Raise month end statements using Prism and liaise with Synertec regarding problems when required
- Convert Issac statements into excel format at month end for certain customers when required
- Action Credit Admin Duties when required.
Work experience requirements:
- Experience in working within an accounts department preferred but not essential
- Experience of previous Credit Control preferred but not essential
- Experience of speaking confidently to customers
- Experience in Customer Service
- Experience in Excel
Skills:
- Problem solving
- Communications – both written and verbal
- Systems applications – Microsoft packages and in house packages
Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Hourly Rate - £10.25 for first 6 months, £10.77 after successful pass of probation.
