They work with a wide range of UK and International clients in both B2C and B2B, including regional and global leaders, such as Clarks shoes, Pizza Express, Just Hype, John Smedley, Start-rite, Valentina, MacFarlane.
The Credit Controller will carry out all the work detailed below.
- Monitor debt and reduce Aged Debtors
- Checking customer's credit ratings
- Ensuring customer payments are received within agreed terms
- Contact clients for payment using most effective method
- Identify payment obstacles and solve
- Ownership of queries and resolving. liaise with Customers to resolve
- Reconciling Key Accounts
- Negotiating repayment plans
- Record action taken on each Account
- Achieving direct debit targets
- Produce Credit Control reports
- Identifying Accounts for Debt Recovery
Previous Credit Control experience of at least 2 years is essential. You will have experience of working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and be comfortable working on your own initiative to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time.

This role is part time - 20 hours per week
