To enable that, you will be working closely with the Operations Manager to deliver a high level of service to assist with the growth of the business and of course financial collection.

The Role of the Credit Controller:
- Highly organised, you will manage and resolve customer accounts and where necessary following the disconnection and legal process for non-paying customers.
- You will have a background of delivering great customer service and will be results focused with a desire to achieve continuous improvement.
- With commercial awareness, you will have gained query management experience and be able to demonstrate great time management skills.
- Methodical and meticulous, you will be a confident communicator who can manage conflict in a professional manner and diffuse any difficult conversations with good verbal reasoning.
- They are looking for a self-motivated individual who works well in a team.
The Profile of the Successful Credit Controller:
- Credit control experience is essential.
