Credit Control Team Leader – Grade F.

Pay – £20,000 - £25000 Per Annum DOE.

Hours – 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday, 08:30AM – 04:30PM

- Supports manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
- Provides encouragement and motivation to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
- Assist management with HR Meetings and Documents when required
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Recognise high performance and reward accomplishments
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Conducting Ledger Reviews with Team
- Monthly Ledger Review with Credit Manager
- Reviewing Pre-legal Customers
- Conducting Return to Work and Sickness Review Meetings
- Conduct 121s meetings when required
- Chasing customers via telephone, email or letter using Aged Debtor Report
- Allocate payments unallocated on accounts as required
- Resolve invoice queries regarding credits with Logistics/Telesales/Pricing Department
- Allocate Cash, Bacs, Credit Card & Cheque payments received into Accounts Department when required
- Request Remittances for payments received in the department when required
