This company is looking for individuals who are passionate about the travel industry and motivated to join a growing organisation that has an established record of over 50 years.

Their office in the City of London offers a multicultural environment and employs people with a diverse range of experience.

They bring incoming tourists from Japan to Europe, more recently expanding into incoming tours from South East Asia to Europe, and the provision of wholesale hotel accommodation and related online products.

Job Purpose

They are currently seeking to recruit a Credit Control Assistant within their Accounts Department to be based in our London office.

The ideal candidate would become an integral part of the credit control team with responsibility for their own ledger, multi-currency.

Main Responsibilities

- Checking sales invoices to ensure correct treatment
- Contact clients and chase payments by phone
- Monthly reporting of those accounts of concern
- Daily registering of all S&M receipts
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist and help other members of the team when required.

Required Experience/Knowledge

Essential

At least 2 to 3 years’ experience working in a similar role

Experience dealing with a large number of transactions
Good knowledge of the MS Office Applications
Desirable

Previous experience with working within Credit Control
Additional European language is a benefit but not necessity.
