This company is looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join their accounts team at their global headquarters in Burnley. They offer a competitive, pro-rata salary based on skills, experience and qualifications plus an annual profit related bonus. This is a part-time role; 25 hours per week to be worked between the hours of 09:00 - 15:00 Mon - Fri (5 hours per day).

The role:
- Opening & maintaining customer accounts.
- Liaising with our debt insurance company to establish customer insurance limits.
- Processing & reconciling customer payments.
- Liaising with customers & the sales office to resolve queries and unpaid debts.
- Daily sales invoicing and credit notes.
- Releasing sales orders.
- Control and processing of pro-forma sales orders.
- Monthly customer statements.
- Debt insurance sales declarations, monthly overdue debt reports and unpaid debt repayment claims.
- Registration of insolvent customer debts.

Experience within a similar role is preferred. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate a thorough and accurate approach to their tasks, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness. The ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to meet KPI’s within an ever-changing environment is also essential. A positive customer service approach is important as well as a professional attitude and commitment towards continual improvement.
