The Opportunity
Are you a rising star in finance? If so, they would love to hear from you! Due to internal promotion they are looking for a Credit Administrator to join their hard working, fast paced team. You will be supported fully through ‘on the job’ training and will gain a thorough understanding of how Credit Control works.
The Responsibilities
- Daily cash/cheque posting
- Bank reconciliations
- Issuing statements and copy invoices to customers
- Raising manual and electronic invoices
- Raising miscellaneous invoices
- Raising credit notes
- Monitoring of departmental mailboxes
- Taking incoming telephone calls
- Any other reasonable task as may be required from time to time.
Experience required
- Good administration skills
- Conversant is the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with a Sage package is advantageous
- Good level of written and oral communication
- AAT qualified, studier or job related
