We’re looking for a Creative Artworker!

This company is a market leader in large format visual communications, specialising in retail point of sale, out of home advertising, exhibition and event display.

Working at the offices of one of their most prestigious Blue-Chip accounts, they’re looking for a dynamic, Creative Artworker who has experience working with retailers and brands to develop and activate retail POS campaigns.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Create all artwork to brief on time and with excellent attention to detail
- Drive regular creative research to understand trends in POS, to create inspiration and innovation
- Create high quality design solutions from concept through to final artwork, on brief and to deadline
- Ensure all content is kept consistent across multiple elements and with excellent attention to detail
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of store environment via regular store visits
- Be aware of the contribution to the wider customer experience and overall business objectives, understanding and incorporating recommendations for future projects
- Assist all members of the design team on both creative and artworking tasks
- Update templates and checklists as necessary with the support of the senior design team

Key Relationships
You will be based within the in-house print design team at offices in Watford and report to the Senior Designer. Based within a larger design team consisting of both print and digital designers of different levels. You will work closely with the Point of Sale Team, Printers and Marketing Team.

Essential Skills
- Educated to at least HND level in graphic design or a graphics related subject
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to work within brand and design guidelines
- Strong creative skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to prioritise own work schedule
- Great typography skills
- Ability to work under pressure at pace to tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who is able to work individually and support other team members
