This company is a business support consultancy operating across the UK. They offer a range of business growth and compliance service and products to social care providers. Part of our role is to provide support to social care providers with respect to CQC regulation and inspections. This involves advising on PIR and PIC submissions, carrying out compliance audits and improvements and supporting clients where they are experiencing difficulties with compliance or working through remedial Action Plan processes.

They are looking to appoint an experienced social care professional, with extensive and up-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance, to play a key role in developing this side of our business. The role will involve providing client advice and support remotely from the office, visiting clients at their premises to undertake audits and provide on-site support, and managing a team of auditors.

This post offers an opportunity for a senior social care professional to use their experience and knowledge in a commercial environment to the advantage of care providers across the UK.

Responsibilities and Duties
The key responsibilities and duties of this post are:
- Deliver high quality CQC support services to clients – this will include attendance at their offices, conducting audits, writing reports and general consultancy support as required, within the scope of our service profile.
- Participating in developing the CQC Support client offer, including shaping the profile and content of the offer.
- Working with the Marketing Manager to develop relevant marketing materials to support the growth of these services.
- Manage a team of associate CQC Auditors.
- Take a lead role, in collaboration with the sales and marketing team, in growing the revenue stream from CQC Support services.
- Be entrepreneurial in all aspects of the role.
- Communicate proactively and fully with the Directors, including alerting them to any concerns or problems.

Qualifications/ Experience
The following experience, skills and qualifications are necessary for this role.
- Social care experience, preferably at a senior level
- Knowledge of the CQC Inspection process
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, including high level proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Clean Driving License
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organisation
- Good decision making and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload and hit deadlines
- Good team working skills
