This company seeks a professional individual for the role of Corporate Business Services Manager, to manage the Corporate Business Services team. The CBS supports the wider team by ensuring effective and organised support in Finance, Human Resources, Office Management and ICT.

About the job
Whilst the role demands experience in all back office operations the primary focus will be managing the accounts function of the business. The successful candidate will be expected to play a pivotal role in the Senior Management Team and support key business decisions from a financial perspective.

Person specification - Essential
- Minimum of 8 years post qualification which should include at least 5 years' experience in financial management and accounting, operations and administrative process.
- Must be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified.
- Experience with implementation of effective systems for small/medium sized business e.g. finance or administrative.
- Expert knowledge of Sage and MS Excel.
- Must be highly organised, pro-active and confident with a strong attention to detail.
- Professional attitude and highly developed inter-personal skills to develop a strong working relationship and lead of team of 3-4 staff.

Desirable
- Experience of working with Sage 200 accounting software.
- Experience of working within a consultancy environment.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
