Control Room Manager Required

This is an opportunity to join a long established and reputable company and an equal opportunities employer with a diverse employee team. They welcome applications from all suitably qualified and eligible candidates.

They currently require a professional to join their headquarters in Aldershot.

Required to work as a team on a roster with other operation Managers, which will include weekends, on an average of 50 hours per week. You will be reporting to the Head of Operations on Control Room and rostering issues.

Shift will be from 0700-1900 hours, early shift one week and from 1000-2000 hours, late shift another week Monday to Friday. Weekend Duty Manager will be required, one in three with day off in the week if you worked on the weekend.

Duties to Include:

- Knowledge of IT(No qualification necessary but experience is a must)
- Knowledge of different protocols in a busy Control Room environment
- Ability to lead a small team. Arranging cover and rostering Controllers, Mobile patrols and static sites.
- Ability to plan for sickness and holidays
- Sort out all issues related to a Control Room and Mobile patrol functioning to full capacity and able to provide a high standard of service.
- Appraising staff on a regular basis and provide support where necessary to meet company objectives.
- Good oral and written communication skills

Requirements:

- Must have valid SIA licence (CCTV licence preferable)
- 5 year checkable work/ education history
- Minimum 3 years related experience
- Computer Skills essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills essential
- Able to be a team player
- Clean driving licence
- HR will advise what documents to bring if shortlisted for interview.
