This company is looking for an experienced contracts manager to join their team dealing with domestic insurance claims. Their office is based near Farnham and they cover the south home counties
Responsibilities:
- Organise & project manage scheduled works ensuring they are completed on time & to a budget,
- To comply with H&S regulations.
- Assign jobs to the company’s operatives/subcontractors,
- Communication with the customer
- Ensure smooth communication between the operatives/Sub-contractors / our claims team and the client so works proceed smoothly and are completed in a timely manner
- Deal with the P/H’s questions on the works or any complaints /concerns / problems which need to be resolved in connection with the repairs.
- Source and arrange materials for upcoming contracts.
- Help source sub-contractors
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience of insurance works and/or building trade
- Organised and methodical
- Good computer skills
- Able to work under pressure
Salary £35K – £40K (depending on experience)
Benefits: Pension Plus 25 days holiday and mileage allowance
Office based near Farnham Car ownership essential as may need to go out on site visits and we are based in a rural location. There is plenty of car parking at the office.
