Resulting from a period of continued growth, this company is currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager into the technical team to manage Architectural and Secondary Steelwork projects for clients across the UK associated with a diverse range of light to medium industrial applications.

The company is seeking an experienced individual with good leadership and organizational skills to service our existing client relationships and help establish new clients.

This is a fast paced environment and would suit someone who likes to be involved at all levels, can work autonomously, maintaining good client relations and is eager to achieve great results.

The successful applicant would be expected to fulfil the following roles:
- Liaising with customers, attend post tender review meetings, full 360 client program management.
- Full project management from start to finish including all financial and design responsibilities.
- Liaising with architects, designers and other sub-contractors to deliver the clients requirements

- On-site meetings and reviews.
- Building client relationships.
- Ensure the client program is delivered on time.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Responsible for monthly payment applications.
- Responsible for negotiating payment and payless notices.
- Coordinate the planning, implementation and client liaison of all project work.
- Preparing manufacture and installation documentation.
- Preparing projects specific progress reports.
- Negotiating final accounts.

The successful candidate needs to be motivated, numerate and be able to work to tight deadlines and be confident in dealing with multiple projects. Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be responsible for work in progress updates and sales predictions.

Health, Safety and Quality are of paramount importance at all times. The Contracts Manager will ensure the planning and execution of all projects are completed within the time scale parameters without compromising health, safety or quality.

- Responsible for Risk Assessments
