This incredibly ambitious independent London based Chartered Surveyors Firm, is growing fast. They are looking to recruit professional Residential Consultant Chartered Surveyors to join the team.
This is a flexible home-based position. You will be required to undertake Homebuyer’s Surveys, Building Surveys and Private Market Valuations for various purposes.
Requirements:
- Qualified MRICS Chartered Surveyor
- VRS registered
- Market Valuation experience
- Homebuyer Survey experience
- Building Survey experience
- Lease Extension Valuation experience is also desirable but not essential
This position is a consultant position on a freelance, fee share basis.
All work is privately sourced, no panel work, therefore the net fee you receive is higher than panel firms, as they do not have any panel fees to pay.
Fees are paid monthly, so you don’t have to wait for 2 months to get paid, as most other firms require.
Surveyor coverage is required throughout Greater London.
You are in full control of your diary. You can take on as many jobs as you desire.
They will provide you with full back office support.
They will carry out all bookings, diary management, invoicing, admin support etc.
