This is an opportunity to join a global private training provider based in Bedford (UK). Their client base is mainly focused in the Construction, Engineering and Project Management.

They specialise in qualifications accredited by:
- Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM),
- Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB),
- City and Guilds (C&G),
- Association of Project Management (APM),
- British Computer Society (BCS)
- Pearson Education

They are also:
- Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) Main Apprenticeship Provider
- Ministry of Defence (MOD) Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC)

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare and develop session plans & curriculum materials
- Develop and improve pathways to end point assessment for apprenticeships
- Deliver and assess essential knowledge and understanding to learners.
- Facilitate regular standardisation training sessions
- Undertake Continuing Professional Development to maintain and update knowledge of the subject and / or vocational area
- Motivate and inspire learners to achieve targets and develop their skills to enable progression.
- Carry out internal verification/moderation.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Over 5 yrs Construction Experience
- Recent teaching delivery in HNC/D Construction Management
- Experience of utilising a range of teaching practices to enhance learner journey and progression
- Ability to create, deliver and update high quality teaching materials
- Exceptional verbal /written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible towards the requirements of different learner needs
- Understanding of the NEW Ofsted Education Inspection Framework
- Have experience of the End Point Assessment (EPA) process for apprenticeships
