This company offers domestic and commercial building services within London. They pride themselves on a high standard of work with a positive can do attitude which means they get regularly appointed by clients they first worked for over 25 years ago.
Projects range from £5,000 to £1 million

They are looking for a Construction Project Manager to deliver domestic and commercial projects, the type of projects will be dependent on their workload at any particular time. The PM is to ensure the project is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget. It is extremely important to the company that the PM is well versed in delivering high end domestic projects and at the same time is commercially and financially astute. They expect the PM to create successful working relationships with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers. The PM is expected to have an in depth knowledge of the building process and be well versed in health & safety requirements. The PM will be required to lead the projects by example.

Holiday Entitlement
28 days per annum including bank holidays

Salary
£45,000.00 + car

Typical responsibilities include:
- Agreeing project objectives
- Delivering a project from the beginning stages through to handover and completion
- Providing advice on the management of projects
- Organising the various professional people working on the project
- Managing the projects health & safety requirements and CDM compliance
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Making sure the quality standards are met
- Using IT and manual systems to keep track of people and progress
- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
