A new stand-alone, in-house construction division is to be created for a successful, long-standing property development company in South West London.
They are looking for someone with extensive construction experience, having had exposure to and an understanding of, all aspects of both site and contracts management. The role will involve the co-management of a small core team of direct labour and a wider team of sub-contractors, to work on new build and refurbishment projects with contract values between £300k and £4m.
They would look at supporting and developing an existing small building company that could grow into becoming our in-house construction arm. Alternatively, the role could be filled by a person with substantial, appropriate construction experience who would set up and develop this exciting new business opportunity, supported by a well-established property company.
The successful candidate, to be based at our offices in South London, will have worked in construction for a minimum of 10 years and will be able to show a long track record of successful site and man management.
Remuneration package to include salary, bonus and profit share.
