Due to continued success and expansion a Compressor Service Engineer is required to join a friendly,
established and highly respected Compressed Air and Pneumatics Company based in Worcester.
As a Compressor Service Engineer you will be responsible for carrying out first class servicing and
repair of all types of Compressor and Ancillery equipment at our valued customer’s sites.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate excellent customer care with a conscientious and
thorough approach to your duties to become an integral member of our friendly and efficient
Company.
Duties
- To provide prompt service and repair visits to our many customers.
- To provide a high degree of customer care and on-site liaison with customer contacts.
- To liaise with Internal support staff to resolve on site problems or requests.
- To liaise with manufacturers on site to resolve technical issues.
- To attend regular on site training at manufacturer’s sites
- To maintain service call sheets, Documents and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in a Compressor service engineering role
- Electrical appreciation skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
