Due to expansion of their Wellingborough site, they are looking for Composite Trimmers to join the growing team.
Position: Composite Trimmer x 2
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, 08.00 – 16.30, overtime potential dependent on work schedule.
Salary: Dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Prep and trim composite components by hand using air cutting tools
- Prep and bond components using adhesives and fixtures
- Drilling / tapping / fitting rivnuts to holes
- Finishing of components prior to inspections
- Follow work instructions and procedures
Key Skills:
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
- Experience of using hand and air tools
- Ability to follow work instructions and read technical drawings
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Have experience in a fast paced / high pressure industry
- Capable of listening to and following instructions
- Capable of reaching set targets within given time
Desirable Skills (but not essential):
- Previous experience trimming composite (both carbon or GRP) components
- Experience in auto body repair and finishing is an advantage
