This employer is looking for an exceptional individual to be the Compliance & HR Manager for their expanding company.

The role requires the individual to have excellent organisational skills and a positive attitude with Human Resources experience. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a challenge, is proactive and likes to manage their own workload.

Due to the nature of this role and industry, the ideal candidate will be prepared to work out of regular daytime hours to oversee the efficient running of their role.

Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for all compliance and HR matters 24/7.
- Manage HR operations inline with legislation.
- Collating and coordinating internal compliance data for accreditation auditors.
- Implement systems and procedures.
- Update and create where necessary HR policies and contracts.
- Carry out HR related meetings with staff and support management where needed.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive admin staff training.
- Actively search and recruit new staff for role opportunities.
- Screen and vet all staff to BS7858 standards within the time frame required.
- Liaise with Operations Manager regarding security personnel.

The salary for the role is £20,500 and the benefits include a company mobile phone, 28 days holiday and pension scheme.
