Purpose of the Role
You will join their Company Secretarial team to assist with the compliance requirements for all UK company registrations. You are a positive person and a strong communicator, responsible for assisting the smooth running and general administration of the Company Secretarial Department.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Word processing & keeping spreadsheets up to date
- Processing Company confirmation statements as required by Companies House
- Assisting with new company registrations and compliance.
- Processing relevant legal forms as required by Companies House and HMRC

Further training and progress will be provided for the right person!
