The company are a leading and growing provider of services for individuals with Mental Health needs and/or Learning Difficulties and/or profound and multiple learning difficulties. Main office base Staple Hill.
You need to be able to lone work, but also work as part of a well-established and dynamic team. In return they will provide training, supervision and ongoing support.
They would require you to have experience of working in this area and have a good understanding of the level of service expected; experience of completing risk assessments and support plans is desirable, as would knowledge of the local area.
Although you would not be expected to provide a driver service, own transport is essential to reach a range of different locations.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience of and/or at least some skills and knowledge in relation to:
- Health and Social Care
- Learning Difficulties
- Autism
- Mental Health Conditions
- Safeguarding of Adults at Risk
- The Mental Capacity Act
Positions are available supporting individuals with Mental Health needs and/or Learning Difficulties both in their homes and to access the community. Full Time/Part Time.
