They are now recruiting care workers for Maidstone, Coxheath, Yalding, Wateringbury, East and West Malling and other surrounding areas.

You will be joining an independent family owned and operated company based in Aylesford. They are one of only 19 Home Care Agencies in Kent to hold an official contract with Kent County Council. They provide services for people of all ages and with varying needs of Care and Support. They are looking for people to join their team to provide the very best service they can.

Must be able to drive with the use of own car and a mobile phone.

Experience is not necessary as a full training programme including induction training will be provided.

- Full and part time positions (minimum 16 Hours)
- Guaranteed Hours and Fixed shifts available.
- Must be able to work alternate weekends or a Saturday or Sunday each week.
- Wages start at £8.25 P/H after probationary period WITH NO EXPERIENCE
- Wages start at £8.50 P/H if you already hold a QCF/NVQ2 or equivalent in Care (must have certificate)
- Mileage payments
- Fortnightly pay
- 28 days paid holiday, pro-rata (all holiday pay based on actual hours worked in the previous 12 weeks)

- All uniforms and other protective items supplied
- Continued in house training provided and an opportunity to take advanced NCFE life-time training certificates in various aspects of care.
- Employment subject to Proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK, Enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
