This care company is currently recruiting for Community Care Assistants to come and join their forever expanding team. The ideal candidate should be kind, caring, compassionate and have a friendly approach.
As a company they support their clients to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own home. Each of their clients has a personalised Care Plan that you will need to follow in order to meet their needs. They offer this service from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and they can offer a range of flexible, full or part-time working patterns.
Previous experience is not essential as they provide full paid training and they also offer the opportunity to progress your career and study towards your Level 2 Diploma whilst working with them.
The types of things you will be expected to do while working as a Community Care Assistant include:
- Personal Care (including washing, dressing and assisting with toileting and continence)
- Assisting with medication
- Domestic duties
- Preparing breakfast/lunch/dinner
- Helping with mobility
This position does require you to have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Rates of Pay:
£8.20 per hour weekdays / £8.80 per hours at weekends
(additional 25p per hour if you hold an NVQ or Diploma in Health and Social Care)
