Supporting these lawyers with administrative tasks you will gain a great insight into different aspects of property work. You’ll assist with more straightforward (but still essential) work such as document reproduction, scanning and archiving to a high standard to ensure their transactions are managed accurately and efficiently. As your knowledge and skills develop you will also undertake company searches, on-line data room management, document drafting, drafting and filing SDLT returns and a variety of other tasks, building your expertise and the complexity of your work according to your ability.
