They specialise in supplying nurses, healthcare assistants and ancillary staff to private and public healthcare establishments, such as hospitals, nursing homes and medical centres. The support their staff provide is essential to maintaining the safety and quality of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, lead, develop and support national contract opportunities new & existing
- Support with tender preparation ensuring deadlines are adhered to and met exercising caution when supporting franchisees to ensure it is guidance only
- Work with commercial contractual partners to manage any day to day issues which may arise
- Assesses risks and make recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in contractual matters
- Monitor appropriate contractual portals to identify opportunities
- Coach internal employees and franchise network on best practice
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent planning and IT skills including use of Power Point, word, E-mail and Excel spreadsheets
- Confident and self-motivated with high personal energy, ambition, drive, dedication and PASSION
- High level customer service skills
- Adaptable and flexible approach to changing requirements within the day to day business.
- Excellent Verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable experience of having managed multiple work streams and ability to prioritise work flow
- Good understanding of confidential working practices and the needs to ensure service levels are met and identified
Basic Salary between £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
This role is based at their Head Quarters in Telford, Shropshire.
