This well-known science museum in South Kensington is looking for a Collections Services Coordinator. The role gives you the opportunity to support the teams managing our collections across their group of four national museums. Their Collections Services department is delivering an ambitious strategy to deliver a more accessible and sustainable collection, which will be better understood and appreciated both internally and externally.
You will provide administrative support to the Group Head of Collections Services and the Digitisation & Registration teams, to enable them to manage their workloads and deliver against the Museum's strategic priorities efficiently and effectively.
You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills as well as a flexible and proactive approach to your work. You will be able to demonstrate tact and confidentiality, and communicate confidently with senior colleagues.
Assessments will take place on 25 October and interviews on 31 October.
