Job: Collections Administrator
Location: Bristol
Contract: Permanent & Full-time
Working Pattern: 5.5 days per week, covering 7 days per week on a rota basis
Salary: £17k + commission - OTE £25k.

What they are looking for

Due to continued expansion and their ongoing success, they are looking for assertive, calm and enthusiastic people to join their Handover team. This team is responsible for administering the vehicle collections process ready for a professional and smooth customer handover.

What you will be doing*

- Working within a driven and fun team, to a work schedule
- Checking ‘boxes’ for handover e.g. checking all documentation is present and correct including V5, MOT, Servicing, Order form etc.
- Identifying any issues with the ‘box’ and ensuring they are rectified
- Setting up documents and data checking
- Ensuring the ‘box’ is ready for handover to the customer at their allotted handover time
- Meeting customers to perform the handover
- Upselling of products on collection e.g. service plans, warranties, GAP
- Efficiently dealing with any customer issues
- Dealing with part-exchanges e.g. moving cars, taking photos etc.
- Working towards targets
- Using various computer systems and databases

- A full UK driving licence
- Confident computer user, including use of systems & databases

- Previous experience in the Automotive industry would be advantageous, but not required
