A leading law firm in Bromley, on the South London/Kent border. Established in 1889, they have come a long way and today they are a modern, progressive firm in a state of continual growth. Due to the increased growth of their pre legal collections clients they are now looking to expand their team with quality people.

Skills required:
- Be highly organised with attention to detail
- Have experience in telephone based collections
- Be organised and prioritise effectively
- Have the ability to work to deadlines and targets both on the telephone and in writing
- A confident calm telephone manner

Experience required:
- Experience of working in a regulated environment with knowledge of FCA guidelines and TCF
- At least 6 month's experience of collecting debt
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment
- GCSE’s standard grade A-C in Mathematics and English (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Data Protection Act compliance requirements

Duties Include:
- Recovering sums owed to their clients by telephone and in writing.
- Contacting debtors to seek repayment, exploring affordable and responsible repayment options
- Communicating with their clients to decide on appropriate action where debtors do not respond to initial contact.
-You will have client contact and work to targets.

The team works on a rota basis in shifts of 8 hours each day.
