They are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic candidate to join their much loved busy café as their Coffee Shop Manager.
Not only will you be responsible for the smooth running of the Coffee Shop, but you'll be passionate about delivering the best experience to their customer, while working in a fast-paced, busy environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Preparing food orders, as required including cooking food.
- Maintain suitable stock levels
- Ensure temperatures of fridges/counters are recorded
- Make sure food is rotated covered and stored correctly
- Prepare counters for opening and re-stock throughout the day
- Promote and develop customer relations
- Have knowledge of menu and availability of items
- Ensure high standard of personal hygiene
- Stock rotation in the fridge, wipe salad area and put fresh items away
- Keep front of house areas clean, tidy and presentable at all times
- Ensure all hygiene standards are maintained in the back areas and customer areas
- To keep stock sheets, as necessary
- Maintain excellent standards of Health, Safety and Food Hygiene
- Manage/supervise the team, ensuring adequate cover at all times
- Any additional task required, according to business needs
