An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their machine shop team. The role will would suit a driven individual who is a team player and desire to continually improve
Responsibilities of Job
- To program, set and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to engineered drawings and specifications
- To implement new production methods, using the latest computer technology to improve cost efficiency and ensure continuous improvement
- To be responsible for overseeing CNC Operators, assisting them in their development as productive operators
- To work according to tight schedules and follow strict quality control and precise guidelines as outlined in ISO 9001
- Adhere to the company Health & Safety requirements and follow company rules and acceptable codes of conduct
Desired Skills & Experience: (preferred but not essential as training can be provided)
- Fanuc and Siemens controls experience
- 4 Axis milling experience.
- Twin Spindle Turning Centre experience.
