Based in Greater London TW12. This shop fitting manufacturer creates and installs high end interiors for some of Europe’s leading brands and they are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, motivated CNC Operator to join their workshop team.

The ideal candidate will work toward becoming a valuable member of their CNC team, working closely with the CNC Operations leader. You will receive training as required in order to assist safely with the day to day operations of their 3 axis CNC routing machinery for use within the woodworking industry. You will also gain valuable experience using programs such as Enroute/Alphacam with a view to learning tool calibration and cutter selection.

Your duties will include assisting with the day to day running of the CNC machinery and helping to maintain a safe working environment. Loading & unloading material, as well as the organisation of finished cut parts for in-house assembly.

Manual handling forms part of the job description and as such the candidate should be of good physical fitness.

If you have a technical background, great! This is a perfect opportunity for those of you who are self organised and ‘like them’ have a keen eye for detail.

Applicants must be punctual, practical and proactive, with a good energy and a fantastic work ethic. So if you are able to follow instruction and produce work to a high standard. If you are reliable, have strong communication skills and if you are able to work well under own initiative and as part of a team - then they would love to hear from you.

A progressive environment with training to suit. You will be working in a very well equipped, modern workshop creating bespoke items for a range of high end retail chains. Working in an established ever expanding team, they are looking for skilled workers to join their happy environment.

Skills and Attributes required:
- Literate and Numerate
- IT skills / Technical background
- Experience with 3 axis CNC routing machinery or similar an advantage
- Experience using programmes such as Enroute/Alphacam or similar an advantage
- Reliable and Punctual, Practical and Pro active
- Good energy and a fantastic work ethic
- Self organising and a keen eye for detail
- Able to follow instruction and produce work to a high standard
- CSCS card an advantage.
- Own transport an advantage.
- Valid work permit for the United Kingdom a must
