This company is looking for a self motivated CNC Engineer to join their expanding technical support team. You will be working for a well established company in the UK specialising in the sales, servicing, repair and maintenance of CNC machinery and Laser Cutter engravers.
You should have a strong background in providing comprehensive services to customers across a wide range of manufacturing sectors. These include Education, Signage and Woodworking, Metal and General Industry. They are widely expanding and currently have a number of vacancies available for experienced CNC Service Engineers looking to further develop their careers.
You will be responsible for installations, service, repairs and breakdowns of equipment at customer sites through out the UK and Europe. Main Duties: Installation and set up of CNC machines and Laser Engravers. Provide service both nationally and in Europe. Electrical and Mechanical Fault Finding. Telephone and Onsite Technical Support. Onsite customer training and house keeping. Repairing Machine Breakdowns and Service and reconditioning of trade in Machinery.
The successful candidate: Experience of CNC Machines and Laser engravers. Electrical & Mechanical Skills. Conversant in a variety of CNC control systems and machine types. Good Communication Skills. Willingness to travel is essential and self motivated to work on industry leading equipment. They are a North East based company however, this role is field based throughout UK and Europe. You will be provided with a company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone and tools a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 based on experience plus bonuses.
