This company believes their reception hosts are one of the most critical roles in the whole organisation and invests a great deal of time in getting the right individuals coached to the highest standard to meet, great, support, develop relationships and give the greatest possible holistic medical care to their long-term loyal clientele and practitioners.

The company operates at 5* level and this is not a 'box standard' reception role. Working with a great team from a beautiful location overlooking the river, you will take care of all reception activities, be in charge of the daily reception flow and involved in several areas from administration to events, marketing and new services with ongoing learning.

The key skills/attitude critical for this role are:
- Excellent customer service to deal with all type of private clients (not NHS) including VIP, face to face, on the phone and via email
- 5* diplomacy, attention to detail and discretion
- Professional pride and keen interest in helping people achieve great health
- Multi-tasking without getting stressed, consistent and accurate, doing the best job you can
- Meeting deadlines, sharp 'make it happen' attitude
- Good levels of energy and genuine enthusiasm for what you do
- Calm under pressure, with great sense of humour to build relationships with practitioners and colleagues
- Computer literacy, in particularly Outlook, Word and Excell
- High standards of personal grooming
- Confortable in offering services, selling and informing

Skills which would be a bonus:
- Social media experience
- Experience with Wordpress, Publisher or other web/graphic packages
- Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The role reports directly into the Clnic Manager, and the primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Meet & Greet
- Dealing with patient/customer enquiries, by phone, email, or face to face, observing protocols and confidentiality at all times.
- Bookings, messages, diary management
- Invoicing, billing, taking payments
- Room preparation/allocation
- Administration activities, from bookeeping to insurance reports analysis
- Management support with events, team and other tasks
- Providing information, handling enquiries and successfully converting them

MANDATORY Skills and Experience (please do not apply if you don't have these):
- At least 3 years experience as receptionist (ideally within a medical or customer services organisation)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Passion for working with people supporting/helping others

PLEASE NOTE:
- Shift based role with a pattern, but variation is sometimes required to adapt to demand
- Weekend work is involved (rotating basis), including one Sunday a month
- Different shifts available, to be discussed
