This company is one of the leading IVF and fertility treatment providers with clinics across the UK. Led by a well respected and notable Professor, they have pioneered a more natural, safe and affordable IVF treatments, which deliver excellent success rates.

They are looking for a dynamic Clinic Manager to join their team in Bristol. If you are an experienced Clinic Manager, who would relish the challenge of transforming people's lives, then this is the job for you!

Role

The Clinic Manager is accountable for championing the delivery of the core values of the company, delivering a high quality service and achieving financial targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring all activities are in line with fertility and HFEA (their regulator) protocols and guidelines
- Ensuring that monthly and annual targets are exceeded, with contingency plans and intervention where financial or quality is 'off trajectory'
- Maximise capacity within the resources, including consultations scanning and procedure appointments
- Optimise the efficient use of staff, facilities equipment, supplies, equipment consumables and support services
- Ensure that the service excels on patient experience with early intervention when issues occur
- Effectively lead and manage the patient coordinator to ensure a consistent delivery of high quality service and performance.
- Working with clinical and operational teams to ensure the very best patient experience, meet performance targets and make our clinics a great place to work and be treated.

Educational Experience

- Ideally educated to degree level and have a minimum of three years Management experience gained within either the Private Health, Beauty / Spa, Hospitality, Retail or Service sectors. Sales by service experience is desirable.

Strong empathetic skills are essential.

- Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
- Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity and the daily challenges of ‘management’.
- Proven people management skills, capable of building and leading high performing teams.
- Experience of P&L Accounts or budgetary management to control costs is an advantage
- A good understanding of statutory policies such as HR and Health and Safety. Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
