This company is the holding company of an expanding private healthcare group offering state of the art services in assisted conception and women’s health. As a unified operation, the group is now one of the UK's leading provider of fertility and women’s health services.

They are looking for an experienced and highly professional Clinic Coordinator (Practice Manager) to work for The London Women’s Clinic satellite clinic in Canterbury on a fixed term basis for 9-12 months.. This is a very varied role consisting of front-of-house, registering patients, ordering supplies, dealing with enquiries, invoicing, cashiering responsibilities and general office management. This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be a professional and committed individual with relevant experience working in a front-of-house capacity, ideally within a private clinic/hospital; however they would consider applications from individuals that have experience and a passion for patient/customer care within sales, retail or hospitality.

They will be required to provide a professional front-of-house service to patients, visitors and staff, including meeting and greeting, registering patients via the IDEAS software and raising invoices for treatments.

Essential requirements:
- Experience in front-of-house management
- Invoice processing/cashiering experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Sympathetic, approachable and immaculately presented
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure managing various demands

Desirable:
- Understanding of the fertility industry
- Knowledge of HFEA legislation
- Experience of handling large amounts of cash

Please note that they are regulated by the HFEA and CQC and therefore all staff are required to have an enhanced DBS (formally CRB) check, the cost of which will be met by the Company.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) which also includes Saturdays when the clinic holds opening days (usually once a month).
