Who are they looking for?
Those with client or customer support experience who are based in and around Nottingham. A comfortableness around technology, apps, smart phones or software support would be important. Ideal candidates would have a natural ability to deal with daily customer issues, troubleshoot possible solutions and not be afraid to take responsibility for getting things done.

What's the job?
You would be responsible for all first line support tasks, which include recording all customer communications and helping their clients (healthcare professionals and clinicians) to come to an effective and rapid issue resolution. The post holder will take ownership of queries, escalating live project incidents to the Support Manager, Project Managers or appropriate technical leads as required, whilst retaining responsibility for providing external customer feedback and incident closure; acting at all times in a professional, patient and courteous manner extending empathy as and when needed.

What are the key skills and experience needed?
- A CV that shows recent and relevant customer service experience
- A natural customer service attitude.
- A higher level of problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in the MS office suite of programs.
- A Working knowledge of both Android and Apple smartphones and confident in downloading Apps.
- A flexible and positive attitude

What are the working patterns?

The department provides support 24/7 365 days a year.

UK hours of work are 37.5 per week, participating in a rota which includes a shift pattern Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am and 5.30pm and at a weekend between 7am – 10pm.
