A great opportunity to join a rapidly growing pricing intelligence business

This company are looking for an in-house Client Success Manager to provide excellent guidance to their customers, ensuring that they receive the maximum value from their software and helping them to make intelligent pricing and business decisions.

You will have the ability to pick up, understand and become an expert in technical areas quickly. Being a great communicator, you will work well with your team as well as building an affinity and care for your customers. Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your clients are happy, you will also support your colleagues across the business.

So what will you be doing?
- Supporting their clients and internal team with any issues in a timely manner and provide them with the solutions and resources they require. They have a strong focus on client engagement and retention – they want their clients to love their solution just as much as they do.
- Work closely with their international team to help with implementation of new accounts, problem resolution and feature development. The ability to work online, as part of a team that is not sat in the same office, is very important.
- You will be working with people from across the company - from their sales team requiring technical audits and advice, through to their programming and quality teams on delivering solutions and problem solving.
- Ensuring the ‘lights stay on’ by monitoring the various technical systems we have in place, working with the technical team to ensure uptime and availability for their customers
- Implementation and deployment of new client accounts through training and go-live support.
- Assisting with the commercial development of a portfolio of clients around the world
- Conduct periodic client reviews to ensure they are happy and getting the most out of their account.

Who would be a great fit?
- You will love technology, be quick to learn about systems and have a natural curiosity to understand how our software and systems work.
- You will be a logical thinker, able to understand problems and rapidly come up with solutions.
- You will be commercially minded - understanding what their customers needs and expectations are and suggesting solutions that will make a difference to their business
- Someone who can help to refine and improve the existing systems and processes that we have in place
- Have fantastic planning and organisational skills and are motivated to work independently.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a straightforward way
- Thrive under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adjust priorities at short notice
