This role reports at CEO level and will leading their internal team to surpass client needs. With at least 5 years’ experience, and a flare for problem-solving, you’ll nurture and build lasting client relationships. You'll be surrounded by a dynamic team under a brand that's pioneering marketing, communications and PR within UK education.

This isn’t a role to grow into; you will need to be able to demonstrate you’re already delivering to this level. They will offer you opportunities to learn and gain experience to improve your skills and stay and ahead of the game. Their ideal Client Services Director is a person who has a background of working within in a marketing or PR agency and managing multiple clients. For their clients you’ll be their representative in their agency. Whilst you will challenge client thinking to deliver a better solution, you’ll also be able to translate client requests meticulously and accurately for their team to deliver.

Role & Responsibilities:

- To determine the strategic direction and tone for all client accounts
- To establish and maintain excellent client relationship standards
- To manage senior client expectations, increase client satisfaction and engagement
- To advise and support with client marketing, communications, public relations and advertising
- To manage tracking and reporting of project deliverables and campaign performance
- To monitor, mentor and manage staff development, reviews and hiring for roles

Talents Needed:

- Exemplary client service skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships
- In-depth understanding of all marketing, communications, public relations and advertising disciplines
- Fluent, clear and articulate in verbal and written communication
- Assertive and able to take charge of a situation when appropriate
- Ability to lead, motivate and influence others.

Personal Qualities:

- Always curious to learn and share new ideas
- Passionate about maintaining a healthy agency culture
- Both diplomatic and persuasive in equal measure

They are technology enthusiasts with a passion for software so they use it in everyday work to improve efficiency, reporting, and communication. You'll also need to be enthusiastic about systems but we'll provide all the training needed to get you underway. The role will require you to write proposals, tenders and specifications so you should be strong writer that can produce high quality documentation at pace.

Our Package:

Basic Salary £40,000 - £47,000
Bonus £15,000
